- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and potato wedges to the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Place chicken and potatoes in a baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
