- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- This dish is quick to prepare.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
