Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
