A simple and delicious keto chicken parmesan recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- Use your favorite sugar-free marinara sauce.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
