A warm and comforting Japanese dumpling soup filled with flavorful broth and tender dumplings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 package gyoza or dumplings
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage, carrots, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add dumplings to the pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- Use any type of dumplings you prefer.
- Adjust the broth with more water for a lighter soup.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
