Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
