- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
