- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- For the sauce, mix lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Serve shrimp over cooked rice and drizzle with chili lime sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
