Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread chicken, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
