Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in ground turkey, cook until browned.
  4. Add diced sweet potatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix in spinach and paprika, cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, serve warm.
