- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Add diced sweet potatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Mix in spinach and paprika, cook until spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve warm.
