Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound bell peppers, cut into squares
- 1 pound zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add shrimp, scallops, bell peppers, and zucchini to the marinade. Mix well.
- Thread seafood and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

- Remove from grill and serve hot.
