Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to ensure they are cooked through.
