Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to ensure they are cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
