Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. For tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Serve meatballs with tzatziki and a side salad.
