Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, melted butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken wings in the gochujang butter mixture.
  4. Place the wings on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Ensure wings are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level.
