Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, melted butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings in the gochujang butter mixture.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Ensure wings are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level.
- Wings can be marinated for a few hours for extra flavor.
