Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed chicken to the mixture and coat well.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken size.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
