Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spread the dough on a baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers.
  7. Mix garlic, rosemary, and half of the parmesan. Sprinkle over the dough.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and top with remaining parmesan.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
