Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Mix garlic, rosemary, and half of the parmesan. Sprinkle over the dough.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with remaining parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Add more herbs for extra flavor.
