A creamy cheesecake layered with strawberry shortcake flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed shortcake cookies
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed strawberries and sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed shortcake cookies and melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Spread half of the strawberry mixture on top.
- Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over the strawberries.
- Top with the remaining strawberry mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for better flavor.
- Allow the cheesecake to chill completely for best texture.
- Drizzle with chocolate for added taste.
