Description

A refreshing dill pickle pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, dill pickles, red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill weed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss to combine all ingredients.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
