Description
A hearty and comforting crockpot pierogi casserole with kielbasa.
Ingredients

- 1 package frozen pierogi (16 oz)
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add half of the kielbasa and half of the onion.
- Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pierogi, kielbasa, onion, cheese, and soup mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use fresh pierogi if preferred.
- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your taste.
- Feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition.
