Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the pan, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  5. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Top the rice with crispy salmon, avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top before serving.
