- 1 package Pillsbury crescent roll sheet
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
- 1/2 pound cooked sausage, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll sheet and place it on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cooked sausage and vegetables evenly over the dough.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and vegetables.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the dough is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or meats.
- Make sure the dough is evenly spread out on the baking sheet.
- This recipe can be made ahead and reheated.
