Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add shredded chicken, white beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
