- 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add peri peri sauce and heavy cream.
- Stir until well combined and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
