- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Add sliced pepperoncini and return chicken to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
