Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in tomato puree and stir in garam masala and chili powder.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- Serve with rice or naan for a complete meal.
- Adjust spice levels according to your preference.
