- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cookies and cream protein powder
- 1/4 cup crushed cookies
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
- Add crushed cookies, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to jars or containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with additional crushed cookies if desired.
