- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
- Drizzle cinnamon mixture over pancake batter.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- For the glaze, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add milk to reach desired consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over pancakes before serving.

- Adjust cinnamon amount to taste.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge.
