Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk and cream until smooth.
  5. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Add cooked chorizo and macaroni to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
  8. Serve hot.
