- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ice-cold water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and add ice-cold water.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip chicken strips into the batter and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Keep the batter cold for a crispier texture.
- Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
