Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add zucchini and bell pepper, stir well.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
