Description
A quick and easy chicken stir fry with zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add zucchini and bell pepper, stir well.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix.
- Cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh vegetables for best flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce based on salt preference.
- Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
