- 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, zucchini, squash, cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
