Description

A zesty chicken salad with a spicy mayo dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery, and red onion.
  2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the spicy mayo to the chicken mixture.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve on lettuce or in a sandwich.
