Description
A zesty chicken salad with a spicy mayo dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery, and red onion.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.
- Add the spicy mayo to the chicken mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve on lettuce or in a sandwich.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
