- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes and olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Add ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven and stir in the smoked sausage.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with sour cream before serving.
