Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella cheese and cooked shrimp.
  4. Top with another slice of garlic bread, buttered side up.
  5. Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
