- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella cheese and cooked shrimp.
- Top with another slice of garlic bread, buttered side up.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
