Description
A refreshing carrot apple salad that combines the sweetness of apples with the crunch of carrots.
Ingredients

- 2 large carrots, grated
- 2 apples, cored and diced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate the carrots into a large bowl.
- Core and dice the apples, then add them to the bowl.
- Add raisins and chopped walnuts to the mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and honey.
- Pour the lemon-honey mixture over the salad.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
