Delicious caramel apple cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in chopped apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Cool and refrigerate before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use tart apples for a balanced flavor.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with extra caramel before serving if desired.
