Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 lb sausage, casings removed
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and butternut squash. Cook until squash is tender.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Feel free to add cheese for extra flavor.
- You can substitute sausage with turkey or chicken sausage.
