Description
A quick and healthy broccoli mushroom stir fry packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir for 1 minute.
- Add sliced mushrooms and broccoli florets, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra protein, add tofu or chicken.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
