A quick and easy beef lo mein recipe made in an instant pot.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Set the instant pot to sauté mode and brown the beef slices.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Add beef broth and vegetables.
  5. Place the lo mein noodles on top without stirring.
  6. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  7. Quick release the pressure and stir the ingredients.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of soy sauce for saltiness.
