A quick and easy beef lo mein recipe made in an instant pot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef, sliced
- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 2 cups vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode and brown the beef slices.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add beef broth and vegetables.
- Place the lo mein noodles on top without stirring.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and stir the ingredients.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce for saltiness.
- You can substitute chicken or tofu for a different protein.
- Add more vegetables for a healthier option.
