Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
