- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup bang bang sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Pour in the bang bang sauce, stirring to combine.
- Push rice mixture to one side of the pan.
- Pour beaten eggs into the empty side and scramble.
- Mix scrambled eggs into the rice and chicken.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
