Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  6. Spread brown sugar over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  10. Mix milk and sugar to make a glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
