Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread brown sugar over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Mix milk and sugar to make a glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
