- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- In another bowl, combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken wings in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the wings.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
