- 1 round of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, chopped pistachios, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture over the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy with crackers or bread.
