Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Serve the tofu and vegetable mixture over rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute tofu with chicken or shrimp if desired.
- Adjust the vegetables based on your preference.
- For a spicy kick, add chili sauce to the sauce mixture.
