A tasty dish featuring chicken coated in a sweet and tangy orange glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour the orange mixture over the chicken.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to the pan.
- Stir until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
- Can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts.
