Description
Crispy apple pie egg rolls filled with sweet apple filling.
Ingredients

- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Can add caramel sauce for extra flavor.
