Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and bell pepper to the beef.
  3. Layer a baking dish with marinara sauce, lasagna noodles, beef mixture, and cheese.
  4. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  6. Place the lasagna in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
  • Add jalapeños for extra heat.
  • Top with sour cream and avocado before serving.
