A simple and delicious air fryer taco lasagna recipe.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and bell pepper to the beef.
- Layer a baking dish with marinara sauce, lasagna noodles, beef mixture, and cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Place the lasagna in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Top with sour cream and avocado before serving.
