Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine honey, sesame oil, and water.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into small rounds or desired shapes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the cookies until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove cookies from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Let them cool before serving.
