Witch’s Cauldron Cheesecake: 7 Magical Treats Await

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Food coloring (green and purple)
  • Candy eyeballs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and flour until fully combined.
  8. Divide the batter into two bowls and add green food coloring to one and purple to the other.
  9. Pour the green batter over the crust, then carefully add the purple batter on top.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  12. Decorate with candy eyeballs before serving.

  • Use a water bath to prevent cracking.
  • Adjust food coloring for desired shades.
