- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Food coloring (green and purple)
- Candy eyeballs for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and flour until fully combined.
- Divide the batter into two bowls and add green food coloring to one and purple to the other.
- Pour the green batter over the crust, then carefully add the purple batter on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Decorate with candy eyeballs before serving.
Notes
- Use a water bath to prevent cracking.
- Adjust food coloring for desired shades.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
