Delicious cupcakes decorated to look like witch hats for Halloween.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 package (12 oz) chocolate frosting
- 12 sugar cones
- 1 package (8 oz) green fondant
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting.
- Place a sugar cone on top of each cupcake to create the hat shape.
- Roll out green fondant and cut into shapes for decoration.
- Decorate the cones with fondant pieces.

- Ensure cupcakes are completely cool before frosting.
- You can use different colors of fondant for a unique look.
