Delicious cupcakes decorated to look like witch hats for Halloween.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 package (12 oz) chocolate frosting
  • 12 sugar cones
  • 1 package (8 oz) green fondant

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  6. Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting.
  7. Place a sugar cone on top of each cupcake to create the hat shape.
  8. Roll out green fondant and cut into shapes for decoration.
  9. Decorate the cones with fondant pieces.
