Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Add rice and water to a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine diced tuna, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. In serving bowls, layer rice, tuna mixture, avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Serve with seaweed salad if desired.
